At PANE, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Customers Are Responsible For Return Postage.

Note: For ordinary returns (items returned due to personal preference), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any return label fees. PANE does not charge any restocking or re-listing fees.

If your return cannot be accepted, you will be notified by email within 7 days of our receipt. We can ship the item back to your original address — return postage to be covered by you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-Returnable Conditions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn or used (beyond trying on, with visible wear or stains)

  • Items not in their original packaging (missing shoe box, hang tags, accessories, or gifts)

  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery

  • Final Sale / Clearance items (marked as non-returnable at checkout)

  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or alteration of the product

  • Repeated returns due to personal preference

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

For physical goods, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

Returned items should be sent back in their original condition, with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and gifts where applicable. You may try the item on as you would in a store, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and fit of the item.

For EU customers, statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected by any Final Sale or Clearance label unless a legal exception applies.


Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 -7 working days after approval.
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
